ADMISSION POLICY
1.
Students are required to apply for
admission on prescribed application
form, obtained by hand or through post
by sending an adequately stamped and
self addressed envelope.
2.
Completed form should reach the
principal not later than the last date
notified for new admission.
3.
The prospectus containing an
application form for admission is
available on cash payment from the
office during working hours. Photocopy
of admission form is not accepted.
4.
Application received for admission
will not be entertained if full
payment of dues is not made in time.
Documents to be attached with the
application.
1.
Two attested copies each of the Metric
and the last exam passed. 
2.
Character Certificate from the
principal of the college last
attended.
3.
Passport Size Four Photographs.
4.
Attested Copy of the I.D. Card of the
student / Father / Guardian.
5.
Migration Certificate from the
concerned Board / University if
applicable.
6.
In case of student who has passed exam
as a private candidate shall have to
submit character certificate from
S.S.P. of the concerned district.
7.
Only eligible candidates will be
called for test and interview.
8.
The Chief Executive / Principal
reserve the right to refuse admission
to a candidate without assigning any
reason.
Procedure for Selection
1.
Eligible candidates will be called for
test and interview.
2.
The candidates for play group and
nursery classes will be given simple
intelligence / aptitude test
designed
to assess their suitability for
admission. For classes Prep and above,
the standard of
academic tests will be
admitted to respective class applied
for.
3.
The Chief Executive / Principle
reserves the right to refuse admission
to a candidate without
assigning any
reason
About the medium of instruction and
examinations.
1.
The medium of instruction is English
and considerable stress is laid on
spoken English. However, the
institution aims at maintaining a
strong base of both the languages i.e.
English as well as Urdu.
2.
For School classes, syllabus undergoes
constant scrutiny and revision every
year. The textbooks are also changed
from time to time to cater for the
latest development in the field of
education.
3.
Annual examination of the school
section are held at the end of
academic session. Promotion to the
next class is given on the basis of
students work during the year and the
result of the annual examination.
4.
At the end of each terminal
examination, progress reports of
students from nursery to class eighth
are sent to parents / guardians for
information and advice if any.
5.
Monthly and weekly tests are also held
but results of these tests are not
sent to parents / guardians of the
students.
